Pucará is a band that originated in Rosario, Santa Fe. Its members are students from the Polytechnic School of Rosario who came together with the idea of creating a heavy metal band in the style of Hermetica, Iron Maiden, and other similar bands. The band's members were students who were actively involved in supporting Peronism. The current whereabouts of most band members are unknown, except for Eduardo Toniolli, who is now a deputy for the UP (Union por la patria) politic party.
