"Dislike my Sounds" is an album I created when I had the idea of making the longest album without it being generative or repetitive. It was also a way to compile all the improvisations I made throughout a year. I undertook this project inspired by the 24-hour compilation by Sigur Rós; my challenge was to reach 24 hours. However, I surpassed that goal, and the album is now 71 hours long!
What did making the album serve for? Honestly, not much. I can only boast that I created an album of that duration, and that's about it. I've earned only 5 dollars from that album. I had high expectations for my future with that album, but I haven't achieved much. The good thing is that I made friends who got to know me through creating that album, but not much more than that.
